Role and Key Contribution to the Project
The role of the Czech Technical University in Prague is to provide modelling, simulation, and optimisation support in work packages focused on optimizing the frugal EV architecture, Component & Systems optimisation / Digital Twin development, and model validation. The main strengths lay in powertrain simulations and optimisation, including detailed battery chemistry leading to more precise SOC and State of Health estimates. Route planning and optimisation of vehicle usage in fleet operation will also be carried out.
